Macbook Can't See Open Web Pages on Other Devices

OS X El Capitan: 10.11.6

Safari: 11.0.1

For several months now I have not been able to see, from my Macbook Air, the URLs that are open on my other IOS devices. I used to be able to see these and it was extremely helpful to go from small screens to larger screens when viewing URL content. My other devices (iPad, iPhone) show the reverse: open URLs on my Macbook, and I can see same between them iPad > iPhone, iPhone > iPad. I have gone through the various iCloud switches and logged out of iCloud and back in to no avail.

Good afternoon gs9219,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you would like to project what you are seeing on your iOS devices to your MacBook Air. The feature to do this is called Handoff. Take a look at the resource below to set up these features on your Mac and iPhone and iPad.
Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch
If your goal is to project your iPhone or iPad to a larger screen, you also have the option of using the High Definition TV in your living room for this purpose. We have a product called Apple TV, which connects to the HDMI port on your HDTV and the wireless network in your home. You sign in using the same Apple ID that you use for all your devices. Then, through a process called AirPlay, with the flick of your finger on your iPhone, you will see your content on a screen that is much larger than your MacBook Air.
If you are interested in this option, click on the links below:
Use AirPlay or Screen Mirroring on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Apple TV 4K
Take care.

I do appreciate the effort to help me but you have offered the answer to a different problem. It was probably my error in not being clear. Let me try further. On my Mac, from Safari, I used to be able to view all open tabs and below that display was a list of all the URLs of open tabs on my other devices. I can no longer view those frommy Macbook. Nothing displays despite having turned on Handoff, Continuity, etc. I have done all the logging out of iCloud, turning features on and off to no avail. My other devices will show, under the same circumstances, what tabs are open on the Mac and iPad, for example. Or, the iPad will show the Mac and the iPhone. But the Mac will not show the iPad and iPhone. I hope that clarifies.
