Diskwarrior USB drive not working

Hoping Mr. Little still reads this forum. I am a big fan of Diskwarrior through multiple iterations, and ordered an upgrade recently. Received a USB drive which does not work. Tried to get support through Alsoft w multiple, which replied that I would have to wait (for an unspecified time) for the drive to work. Exchanges with tech support have had a turnaround time of 7-10 days and have been unhelpful. I would really like to know what to do with this, as I am on the verge of asking for a refund, but I think it's mostly because the tech support person can't be bothered. I would hate to dismiss a wonderful product because of the indifference of a single person in tech support. Does anyone know, is there something going on with USB drives from Alsoft, can we expect them to improve, and is tech support undergoing some sort of tumult?

Who received a USB drive which does not work? If that's you, why would you not want to return it for a refund?


There is no guarantee "Disk Warrior" would be able to do anything with it anyway, and even if it did the reason it's not working will probably remain.


Broken hard disk drives can't be fixed. Return it if possible, otherwise throw it away.
