Diskwarrior USB drive not working
Hoping Mr. Little still reads this forum. I am a big fan of Diskwarrior through multiple iterations, and ordered an upgrade recently. Received a USB drive which does not work. Tried to get support through Alsoft w multiple, which replied that I would have to wait (for an unspecified time) for the drive to work. Exchanges with tech support have had a turnaround time of 7-10 days and have been unhelpful. I would really like to know what to do with this, as I am on the verge of asking for a refund, but I think it's mostly because the tech support person can't be bothered. I would hate to dismiss a wonderful product because of the indifference of a single person in tech support. Does anyone know, is there something going on with USB drives from Alsoft, can we expect them to improve, and is tech support undergoing some sort of tumult?
