how do I stop a match.com subscription on my iphone 7

I have had a match.com subscription for a number of years. About two months ago I stopped getting emails from match. They don't recognize my password and they don't recognize my email. I have not been able to find a way to contact match and although the automatic message says I will receive an email, that never happens. I am paying for a service I am not receiving and would like to cancel the automatic renewal. Any suggestions? Match is on my iphone 7.
