IPhone X Face ID stops working

On the iPhone X when I hard reset the phone, the Face ID allows me to set it up. It will work for an hour or so and then stops working forcing me To type my passcode. When i go to reset the Face ID the camera just says higher or lower and doesn’t allow me to begin the set up process again. Please help.

I also had same problem..I did hard reset and it worked again..I love everything apple and I believe apple products are indisputably the best but it becomes frustrating when glitches like this happen especially in the iPhone X..

I have the same problem. Face ID locks, asks for password and I have to restart iPhone X to make it work again...

Did not help me and I restore and set up as new phone and still didn’t help

I have exactly the same problem and it only happens when I'm in LTE, for example in a train or a tramway... A reboot is enought for TouchID to work again
