Hello, the last time I checked I still have to update my iOS to 11.1 and earlier today it says that my current version of iOS 10.2 is up to date. I keep on refreshing my phone and it still hasn't changed. What else can I do? I want to update mine. TIA!
Try this support document for troubleshooting steps. Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support It contacins infomration about making sure you have ample space for the updates. It should take upwards of 6-8GB of space to downlod the update and to extract it.

Which version of the iPhone do you have? Not all support iOS 11. Are you trying to update over-the-air (OTA), or with the computer and iTunes? Do you have the latest version of iTunes, 12.7.1, and what computer OS are you using?
I'm using iphone 5s. I am just trying to update it on my phone and I'm not using laptop.
