WIFI AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON

User uploaded file WIFI automatically gets on when i turn off from control center. when i turn it off from settings than it gets off. whats the issue?? i am using IOS 11.1 on iphone 7.

Your phone is working as designed. Changes were made in iOS 11 as to how Control Centre operates.
