Just checked UPS tracking and apparently my phone which left Korea at 11:07pm on 11/25 is now in Kentucky at of 1pm eastern time today.
A little bit of background from today. I ended up calling Apple this morning and asked to speak wth a supervisor. She was extremely nice and super helpful. She agreed that the tracking information looked suspect and put in process for an expedited replacement phone.
I just got an email from UPS 5 minutes ago stating my service has been upgraded for Saturday 11/25 delivery. 2 minutes later, I just received a call back from the same Apple supervisor letting me know she just got off the phone with UPS and that is how I got upgraded Saturday service. She is also leaving the replacement order just in case until I confirm my phone arrives tomorrow.
Moral of the story everyone, never be bashful to ask to speak with a supervisor when you have issues like this. This is your money and these products are not cheap. Always open your mouth and most good company's will help you out. This supervisor should receive a promotion as she has single handily kept me as an apple customer.
