Then apple shouldn't charge you until the phone is activated. Are they going to pro-rate the phone and refund me the week that I am waiting to receive the phone? Was the phone really shipped as it states or are they just trying to recognize revenue for before year end. For me, its not a spite thing, I am not an apple is the only product out there type of person. I have used the Samsung before as a bunch of my friends have it. It's not a threat, just a statement. A statement I have heard from other people so something Apple should take too lightly. I have no issue switching and trying something else. And you cant pass off the issues solely on UPS. If there are issues with the shipping company, Apple should look at other companies or to make it right with the customer. I am assuming this is causing them a ton of customer service issues that they would rather not have to deal with.
Also, I am not sure if you took a look at my tracking information. The frustration is trying to figure out whether this phone was actually shipped. Apple nor UPS can answer this for me, especially UPS, they are clueless. They have no idea what is going on. How does a phone go back and forth for times from china to Korea for a week. For over a $1000 phone, both companies should be able to give me an answer.
