iPhone X shipping delays in Korea

I thought the same thing and mentioned that to the supervisor. Apparently, it did not scan from Alaska to Kentucky for whatever reason but again who knows. They said it was definitely being delivered tomorrow. I live in NC, so its only a little of an hour flight time and 8 hour drive so if it's in Kentucky, it should be here tomorrow if it was upgraded as they said.

Yeah, I see the Alaska scan now too. Guess I can stop following that Alaska flight now lol. I just hope mine delivers early. It's going to a mailbox at a UPS store, which closes at 2pm. But after all it has gone through a Monday delivery would be cool too.

just got an update that the item is now in Anchorage and they stated "Saturday delivery has been requested". this might be as a result of your phone call. seems like they're trying to make sure our phones get here without anymore delays. thanks to you.

okay. I've been in contact with apple customer service complaining all day as well. The past week and a half they've told me it would be here today. Im in upstate South Carolina, not too far from Louisville KY which is where the next flight should be landing at 12:58am EST.

I just now got an email from Apple saying "Your delivery may be delayed." Scared me for a second, but when I read it I realized they were telling me it wasn't going to be delivered yesterday (the date Apple said originally).

Hmmm, departure scan in Anchorage at 2:49pm, which I would assume would put it on flight UPS59, which is now scheduled for a 4 hour late departure at 7:32pm, arriving in Louisville at 4:50am. Gonna be tough to get it from there to the regional hubs and out for delivery tomorrow. But then maybe we are getting late scans again.

I still have not received mine. Was supposed to get here yesterday. UPS scans are still screwed up apparently. Had it leave a local facility at 6:30am yesterday morning and still has not been updated. It is like a sick joke already.

Mine doesn't even show a date. Just says delivery estimate not available again. Its ridiculous. Starting to get ****** off. My phone was supposed to be delivered 3 times already. And according to the last scan its somewhere within 30 minutes of me.

Its not about the phone at this point. Its about principle. The incompetency of both companies just having no clue what is going on, especially UPS who cant seem to know where my phone is. It will be 2 weeks since I received the shipping notification. Its not about patience, its about making payments for a 1400 dollar phone before I have it in hand. Are they prorating me 2 weeks worth of my payments for the time I haven't used my phone?

A bit of a drama queen? Just curious, but when you ordered you iPhone what was the original delivery range from Apple.

Apple doesn't run UPS so they can't get phones quickly delivered. UPS doesn't run the Chinese government who have been known to be a bit bureaucratic. Something has obviously changed with the situation over there that is outside of both Apple's and UPS control.

Yes. And since the current President wants Apple to move their manufacturing back to the US, and just returned from China, I wonder if the current situation is a coincidence? The hosts are still on Thanksgiving break, right?

So Apple is in trouble because your phone was held up in China? And Steve Jobs wouldn't have stood for this? What a crock on both fronts. Channeling Steve Jobs, who was most definitely not infallible is in very poor taste and you have no clue what he would have tolerated or not. You need to get over yourself.

I did wake up at 3 AM to order two phones. One we got on November 3rd. One came just last week. Such is life and what's your point?

Thousands of unhappy customers? Estimates are millions upon millions of these are already in people's hands. And they project more than 280 Million iPhone X will be sold in 2018. I'm sure Apple is trembling with fear of a few people who didn't get their phone the second they wanted it. Trembling, indeed.

We have the same tracking info. Our package must be in the same shipment. What aggravates me the most is that my wife’s shipped 2 days after ours and hers in already in Louisville per UPS. I’ve called and have gotten nowhere with this.
