New Activity Alert “keep it going today”

I recently updated my IOS on my watch to 4.1. I now get, “keep it going today” notification every morning when I put my watch on.


I have ALL notifications, goals, daily coaching etc turned off through my phone and confirmed on my watch.


I do not want to see this notification. How can I have this notification stopped?

If all Activity app notifications are disabled and you are continuing to receive the messages, then I suggest that you:
