first time owner of ipad and iphone

Setup my apple id with icloud but can't use the app store. when i try to download an app it pops up to sign in w/ ur apple id (which i do) then pops up This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store.. Idk what im supposed to do

iPad Wi-Fi, iOS 7.0.3

Hi Jdarlin,

Congratulations on your iPhone and iPad. I understand that when trying to download an app you are prompted with a pop-up that says 'This Apple ID has not yet been used in the iTunes Store'. I know it is nice to be able to download apps on your devices. I'll be happy to provide some information on this.

On that pop-up you will need to tap on 'Review' and make sure your account information is correct. The articles listed below have some additional information to review that may pertain to your issue.

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information

If you can‘t choose None when you edit your Apple ID payment information
