I start to download High Sierra but results to a grey side with the symbol of "file" with a questions mark flashing.
Contacted support but they say HW-problem.
Macbook working correctly before and no reason /accident for HW problems!

Restore that Mac from a Time Machine or equivalent backup. If you did not create a backup prior to upgrading according to Apple's upgrade instructions, you will need to reinstall macOS using macOS recovery.

I have already tried but didn't work.
Seems that I need to format the disk. As I wrote before, it has to be a bug in High Sierra as my laptop working just before downloading the suggested sw.
Back to PC world again maybe 😉
