Apple Pencil Use
Can I only use the Apple Pencil with the new iPad Pro, or can I use the Apple Pencil with other models of iPads?

Nothing has changed.
Apple Pencil ONLY works with the iPad Pro models.
For any other iPad model, the only good stylus I can, honestly, recommend is the Adonit Pixel.
