how to payoff citizens one for a phone i traded in to ATT?

Citizens One still charging me for a phone I turned in to ATT months ago

Chris you are correct. It was stupid of me. I became intoxicated by ATT/DIRECTTV and Costco kiosk claims to dramatically reduce my monthly bill, give me NFL SUNDAY Ticket, two new cell phones, faster internet and better landline and pay me to switch.

Some of that became reality but in the end I had a larger bill, no follow thru, horrible customer service, and I’m still paying on the Apple phone I NO LONGER HAVE.

You don’t need to tell me I’m dumb I already know that.

Other than smacking my head do you have any solutions?

Do as Rysz stated. Contact Citizen One. You can pay the balance. I'm just curious how they convinced you to give them your phone, if you were going to establish service with them. However at this point it doesn't matter. I never said you were dumb, or that I was going to smack you. I think you have learned your lesson, albeit the hard way.

See iPhone Upgrade Program Terms and Conditions (US) which states:

For questions about your Installment Loan or your application, please contact Citizens One at 1-888-201-6306.

Call Citizens One with your loan number. They will tell you the outstanding amount and send you an invoice for that amount.

Why would you have turned that phone into AT&T. You were on the Apple upgrade program and were making payments on that device through that program. That makes no sense whatsoever.
