Unable to Delete Mail or Mark as Read from Notification in iOS 11

I’m having an issue with my iPhone 5s and iPad Air 2 ever since updating to iOS 11 where I am no longer able to delete a mail message or mark it as read from the notification, whether it is from the banner as it pops up or the Notification Center itself. I’ve always done this since it’s been a feature, and did so pretty much daily, but ever since iOS 11 was released it’s no longer worked. I’ve updated to each minor version of iOS 11 as it was released and am currently on 11.1.1, and the problem is still there. I’ve been doing Google searches and haven’t heard of it happening to anyone else, and when I tested it on my wife’s iPhone 6s it seemed to work. I did restore and do a fresh installation on both my iPhone and iPad, which seemed to fix it for not even a day. Has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone have any ideas what I might be able to do to fix it? I did submit a bug report to Apple via a feedback form, but as usual did not hear back.

Thank you.

I do have the same issues at my iPhone 7 plus since the update to ios 11.

All Mail notifications on the lock screen are gone if I remove just one of them. If I go to the swipe up lockscreen which shows all of the latest notifications, there are all of my mail notifications, but I can't remove them. If I swipe to the left to remove one, it will pop up again instantly. This behavior is since ios 11 till now (ios 11.3.3). I did a fresh reinstall of the phone, but it's still the same.
