recently deleted

I accidentally deleted 500+ pictures from my phone thinking they were already stored in my iCloud. I was trying to make space on my phone for the huge 1.5G update 😠 I restored from a 5 day old iCloud backup and the pictures are STILL GONE. Please help me!
