That happens when a different Apple ID was used to download the app originally. Delete the app and download it using your Apple ID.
The other Apple ID is stored inside those applications. They need to be updated with it or deleted and redownloaded.

Anytime I want to update an app, a sign pops up asking for an apple id password. The problem is that it asks for another apple id even though my account is logged in. Therefore I am not able to update my apps. Does someone know how to fix this?
