Hi RSGAM34,

After reviewing your post I understand that you are unable to send or receive messages. I use messages daily so I can understand your concern. If this is happening on an iOS device, please review the following article for helpful information: If you can‘t send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch . If this is only occurring on a Mac, please check to make sure the settings are correct: Use Messages with your Mac . Another article that may be useful is, Use Continuity to connect your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch .

Let me know how these steps go. If you are still having issues, please report back which device this is occurring on and what operating system that device is running.

Warm Regards.

Thank you for that information, RSGAM34. Since you have been signing out and in of your account, are you seeing a message about 'Waiting for Activation'? If so, please review this article: If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime What happens when you try to send a message? Do you get any specific error message? Were you able to complete the steps in this article: If you can‘t send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch . Let me know if these steps help.

Have a good day.

Hi Jeremy

Thank you for advice me, but I’d not have Mac , the issue with my iPhone 7 Plus.

It was working fine before update. I have been signing in / out to my ID account.

But still the same thing, I don’t really understand if it’s problems with phone or software or apple server ??

I’m just waiting to work again, and using WhatsApp for current time .

I messages is down !!
