I have a problem with the camera of iPhone 7

Hello! I have a problem with the camera of my iPhone7. The problem is that the front camera works but the back camera doesn’t work often and I don’t know why. I would like to ask why this problem and furthermore if they can fix it and what I have to do because the phone has a warranty 1 more year

Try to restart your iphone (turn it off, wait a few moments, and the turn it back on).

Try to force restart your iPhone (Press and hold the power button and then press and hold the volume down button for almost 10-15 seconds, untill the Apple Logo appears.

If the issue still persists, make an appointment at your nearest Apple Store and have your device inspected.

I have the same problem too and have already reported this to Apple yesterday. I updated to IOS 11.2 - after 1 day, my built in camera on iPhone 7 front and back do not work - it freezes. I was asked by Apple Advisor to force restart, restore phone in iTunes, and still the camera does not work. Is this a system bug on 11.2 or the problem is the hardware? I have this unit for a year now, and it is the first time I encountered such problem with the camera. For now, the camera cannot be used 😟 such bad timing specially, it's this Christmas holiday season - where you need cameras to capture moments with your loved ones 😟😟
