Scale tuning with transpose - MS3

Hi,

I was wandering - If I use user scale tuning for some patch in mainstage and I transpose my keyboard, the user tuning are not saved on the keys it was set too, let's say that I had quarter tones on keys B and E#, if I move the transpose to +1, the keys of the quarter tones was changed. Is there a way to tell mainstage to save it on the same key's no matter what, the way it works in workstation keyboard (Like korg ect.)?
