since High Sierra update I lost all my software on my computer?

My MacBook Pro seems to have crashed. It opens up but all my applications are gone. It says they are damaged or incomplete.

So I should just not have any adobe software?

Well, no. 92.7% of all of tygb's utterances are Authentic Frontier Gibberish.

For some reason you glommed onto the last, and most useless suggestion.

As others have suggested, you may need to just reinstall the OS. Your upgrade didn't go so well and perhaps reinstalling will fix what went wrong. I would use this: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1944?locale=en_US

You may have to reinstall the third-party apps as was also suggested, earlier.

It is possible that your old software is not compatible. You need to confirm that prior to upgrading, not after.

Do you have a backup? Restoring from that might be the only solution you have.

and dialabrain supported as + 1 to you .

Installing , third party apps is the reason of corruption of Macs , that the reason people are erasing the HD and installing OS , they are still stubborn and don't listen to the good advice suggested by me , and both of you are always favouring to install unwanted apps / softwares that will only corrupt the Mac and misguide people .

People use adobe software , as these are third party softwares , risk is there some malware could be installed ( if you have installed from genuine website than its up to you to use it ) , I talked about other softwares that most use in their Macs, like Firefox , apps downloaded from internet , App Store etc , they might be broken .

If you'r system crashed , did you thought about what was the reason behind it , I do not know what apps previously were installed in your system .

I don't know why users are inclined to other apps , I have visited apple authorised service centre sometimes , people are standing and telling the service centre guys about their problems in Mac and submit their machines for clean installation , but they only say we are using unidentified apps from years and will do .The service centre guys are blank only say "Sir " its your machine decide yourself .

******

But people don't care , they do whatever they want to , crashing of apps like mail , calendar is not opening , syncing problems will continue that I can only say .
