Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. If you are are looking to back up your iPhone, you can either do it through iTunes on your computer, or through iCloud. If you don't have enough space in iCloud for the backup (either remaining, or in general), you may need to either clear up some space or upgrade your storage plan.
