iTunes will not allow a manual backup on iPad
My iPad Mini is having problems with my iCloud backup. The iCloud backup is missing serval contacts. I ran a manual iCloud backup and then logged into iCloud.com but it’s still missing items on my iPad, so I want to back it up with iTunes instead. I’m using a Windows 7 computer with the current version of iTunes. When I plug in the iPad, it comes up in iTunes with two options; Setup as a New iPad OR Restore from a previous backup.
It won’t show me the Summary screen, so that I can manually back it up to iTunes. Does anyone know what may be causing this? I don’t want to lose any of my information on my iPad.
