Iphoe X Face Id does not recognize my face some time. This happens when someone else was using my Phone(my Son) and when He brings back to me then FaceID was unable to unlock my phone. It happened 3-4 times. It works again after 2-3 minutes.
Also after watching the video Phone is becoming hot.
If you son was using your phone, he was looking at your phone, so when returned to it would normally require your passcode to get in the first time you try after someone else was looking at your phone. And it[s not unusual for a phone to become warmer when playing a video for an extended time frame. If it is becoming too hot to touch, that would be an issue, but warm is not unusual.
