mail showing odd 'from' name to someone I sent mail to

I send an aquantance (Frank) an e-mail, they respond. In the response at the bottom is: see more from *****, I click on that and it shows my original e-mail with minimal headers. Problem is this header has the wrong name.

My original e-mail

My name is not Benjamin. I redid this but sent to my wife and had her reply, problem does not replicate. I looked at my gmail account in mail and don't see where the Benjamin part is coming from. Is it Frank's computer messing things up, gmail server, Frank's ISP, Frank's mail app?

Just some further infomation

I asked Frank about my e-mails and from whom his e-mail app said they were coming from. He said:

I thought some where coming through as Benjamin, but I canąt find them

now. As first a was a bit confused.

He has now sent a new message to me, and in the headers it shows

To: Benjamin ********* <p******@gmail.com>

So it seems the problem is on his side. Is there an easy way I can tell him to fix things. I know he is on a Mac, as far as I can tell by looking at the headers from him, he is using MS MacOutLook.
