Forgotten Restrictions password

Restore to a backup (if it was taken when the code wasn't on the device), or reset the device back to factory defaults (for both, first copy off anything that you want to keep) - to reset it back to factory defaults you may need to use recovery mode, there are instructions for doing that half-way down this page : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Please follow the steps bellow

1 first update your Itune to newer version on your computer and be connected to the internet during this process

2 switch off your Iphone then plug it in using you usb cable then hold the home button until you see itune log on your screen and the release the home button

3 when you see the pop up on your computer says you iphone is in recovery mode update or restore click on restore this will erase all your data

4 it will ask you if you are sure you need to restore and update your iphone the click yes then agree to the terms and condition

5 wait until the software finish to download, when it finish unplug you iphne and do it has you did in step 2

6 itune now will prepare to load the software in your iphone and it will bring you to sign in using you icloud account if find my iphone is on!

Then you be done with you iphone as new!

Try again, it can take a few attempts to successfully get a device into recovery mode
