Thanks for clarifying that. You can always send a message to Feedback, though be aware, it will be read but it is unlikely you will get a personal reply.
This response is not at all helpful, it just take you back to a screen which is easily accessible, but useless if you know what you need and just need to make an appointment at your local Apple Store. I have also had problems making an appointment by phone. Again this is designed to solving the problem without any personal input. In essence this assumes we are all idiots and can't make the decision that we need to visit the Genius Bar in the store. The help when there is always good, but please to not assume that we are all Luddites and cannot decide on options for ourselves. All I need is a replacement battery my iPhone 6, one of these listed as having a problem with battery life. So far I have been sitting here for at least 10 minutes and am no nearer booking an appointment.
Before you ask, the score for this service is a big fat ZERO!
You do have suitable answers now ... marked as Apple recommended.
I would just add that you should be aware that we are all volunteers here. We are neither employed or paid by Apple and an answer to any question depends on who may be looking in at the time.
With thousands of questions a day, it would be unreasonable to expect Apple to open facilities to reply when they have a ready band of helpers who enjoy the challenge these questions present.
Hi, this reply was not aimed at those who try to help, but just point out what a nightmare it is to try to navigate the Apple system just to make an appointment. I hope they pick up the message that there should be a quick access to an appointment for those who know what they need. Life's just to short.
Cheers
