I have tried to do the thing with itunes and it takes like 5 or more hours for me and then at the end it said it cant be updated so i couldnt restore it. So can i take it to a apple store or even best buy cause they have a apple care to get it fixed ad reset to factory settings.

Yes you can take it to an Apple store Call ahead for an appointment unless you plan to wait hours.
I would not take it to the other place you mention. They have a GeekSquad support plan but it is not AppleCare.
I would take your iPad to a “local” Apple Store instead of Best Buy.
Apple knows their products better than anyone else.
That stated, your iPad Air 2 needs to already have AppleCare or you purchased 2 year AppleCare+ to get free warranty service or repair.
Without this, be prepared for an expensive fix or replacement, refurbished (60% of the cost of your iPad Air 2, originally) iPad Air 2 as Apple nor Best Buy actually repairs iPads.
