How can I delete an old apple id?
I have moved from Germany to Switzerland and have a new apple id set up here. How can I get rid of my old German apple id?

You can't delete an account, all you can do is remove personal info from it (e.g. payment details), cancel any subscriptions and/or pre-orders on it, and stop using it - anything downloaded on the account is permanently tied to the account, so if you want to completely stop using it you should delete all of its downloads.
(Instead of creating a new account you could have changed the country and billing address on your existing account.)
