iPhone 7 stuck in safe mode

Updated to IOS 11.1.1, it caused my phone to overheat and I started losing cell service. I assume the antennae or the sim card reader are damaged from the heat. After some troubleshooting, I decided to revert the iPhone back to IOS 10.3.3, to see if that would help. I attempted to restore the phone and I got an error code (51) and the following screen. I can't get it to come out of safe mode either. There are no Apple Stores on this island to take it to. I am currently deployed and use my phone to stay in touch with family. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
