Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My iphone 6s+ is dropping calls and phone calls sound like they are underwater frequently. Calls must be repeatedly made before a good connection is obtained. This happens on wifi mostly. It started last week after I updated to the latest IOS. Help?

iOS calls on iPhone are distorted after update.

Check and see if there is a carrier settings update for your phone.


Also, try to determine if the problem occurs on all wifi networks or just one. If it is just one, see if there is a firmware update for that router.


If you are not on iOS 11.1, update to that version.
