Frozen screen

I was in Apple Store united arsenal Emirates, Dubai

Will start from the guy in Genius Bar he was very rude. I came stand in front of him and he ignored me when I talked to him he told me the appointment next week without even giving me the chance too talk.

My phone is under warranty it had a frozen screen I took it last week they formatted everything without even testing. The deleted my data. I took it and restored after a week the problem repeated I went too Apple Store again they told me wait for 3 hours last time I was their for 6 hours. I told him I can't wait he ignored me.

At last I kept my phone in Apple Store it's gift from me too Apple Store maby it will help them too know how too fix phones
