On my iPad Mini 4 I am attempting to save a file from eBay into my Google drive. I click Share This Item – Save to file – Google drive – Add to choose which folder to put it in and then I get a pop up that says "Unable to communicate with a helper application”.

I was on the eBay app. Yes I do have the a Google drive app. All of my Apps are up to date. I did the same series of steps on the Amazon app and it worked fine. Taking a screenshot I was able to save it to my Google drive. But since you asked about a browser I went to Safari then to eBay.com and saved the item as a PDF file and then added it to my Google drive. This process was definitely not as streamlined and my file (picture) had all of the ads on the page but it was a work around. I guess the eBay App does not support the process as intended like the Amazon app does. Thank you for your response. It is appreciated.

Which browser are you using? Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.?
