it wont allow me to download apps and is saying i have no money in the app store when i do for free games
What do I do?
When you have a card on an account it has to be valid and pass the iTunes validation, whatever you are downloading. Either try putting a valid card on the account, or see if you can remove the card : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
