Hi, I have the newest iPod shuffle or connects to iTunes fine but when I try and charge it the orange light comes on but when I want to use it it doesn’t work. What should I do?

Hello Sam2911,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to listen to music on your iPod shuffle, even though it shows up in iTunes as expected. If you haven't already, please try force restarting your iPod shuffle with the steps from this resource:
