iCloud removal
I sold an old MBP to a friend a few months ago and recently discovered it is still on my find my iphone list. How do I go about removing it without wiping the computer of everything they have done?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and in the top dropdown menu, select the device and remove it. Also check the first link below to remove it from there. If you didn't follow the 2nd link before selling the computer, you or the new owner should do that or the new owner may have future difficulties with the computer.
