My apple id is locked and I have forgotten the answers to the security questions. The registered email id is @me.com and I am unable to access it to unlock my account. Please help.

If you can't reset the question yourself (If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions) contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them and your password for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
