48 GB of partition
I have a MAC MINI2012 with a 1 TB HD. I create a Bootcamp for windows 10 but it is giving me only 48 GB of partition and cannot expand it to 250 GB. Is there any way to increase the size of the Windows partition?

It happened to me the same with a 2011 Mac Mini with an internal 1TB HDD and High Sierra.
Seems to be a bug with High Sierra’s BootCamp Assistant app that doesn’t let you scroll with the slider a Bootcamp Partition larger than 40GB (aprox)
From macOS Terminal, please post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
If you do not have enough free space, BC Assistant will restrict the size of the partition.
Can you post the output of
df -h
Are you running High Sierra?
Yes, I'm on it right now
Can you run
sudo tmutil thinlocalsnapshots / 9999999999999999
and then try re-partitioning using BCA?
