Please my Itunes card was redeemed by someone and i want to know the date and time the card was redeemed and the apple ID that did such

See iTunes Gift Card Scams - Official Apple Support. If you've supplied a card number to someone else then you've likely been scammed. You won't be able to find out any details about who the card was redeemed to or when. The police might be able to obtain the information, but it is unlikely to be useful in most cases.
