I contact game developers and they said no problem with them, to contact iTunes support. I tried to do contact with them but site is asking what region ? My region is not on the list, “Serbia” so i don’t know what to do. Maybe if i could contact them by email will be great, but i don’t know where to find it.
There isn't an iTunes Store in Serbia, which is probably why you are getting the message to contact Support - you have to be in a country to use its store. When you are in the country that you have as the country on your account try the purchase again, and if you still get the same message contact that country's support.
Yes I understand that there is no store in Serbia, but I am on Croatian store and i bought 3 times on November 12 with my virtual Visa in app purchase. After that next day i got messages that is a problem like i explain!
You cannot use the Croatia store unless you are in Croatia, you are violating the store's terms - it's possible that Apple/iTunes have now fixed whatever let you purchase which is why you are getting the message.
I did not realize that I violate store agreement, off course I’m disappointed because i have a iPhone and i cannot bay things because there is no shop in my country. I guess my money is not good for them. Very disappointed! Anyway thanks a lot for helping me. Best regards!
