MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) running slow please Help

Hi guys Im using my Mac book pro for about 3-4 years , i have re installed OS every year , i do restart my mac atleast once a week but i has started to run slow ... following are the specs of my device

Your report is showing a corrupt filesystem. Boot into Recovery Mode and use Disk Utility > First Aid to repair the hard drive. Let us know what it reports.

Also, you have only 4GB RAM. While the system specs list 2 GB as a minimum, that is unrealistic and 6 to 8GB is a better minimum for efficient operation.

Also, I'd uninstall BitTorrent. Torrents are a great way to get malware. It hides in the downloads and you'd never know it is there.
