I recently updated my Mac Book Pro to 10.13.1 MacOS High Sierra. The air mail is very slow moving messages. It is no annoying me. What is the issue

using gmail. Tried Mailbox ---> Rebuild several times. There is no message that states it has started or done with rebuilding. Are you from apple support. I am sure there must be other customers who are having this issue.

Is Air Mail an application?
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? What kind of email accounts are you using? POP? IMAP?
You might try rebuilding your in box.

Ok. Where are you trying to move the messages to? From one mailbox to another?
Just deleting messages in my inbox. It currently shows as Moving Messages 23 of 144. It is very slowly incrementing. Never had this type of problem. Had using for couple of years on this MAC.
