Why can i not see all the emails within my folders on my iPad ?

Why can i not see all the emails within my folders on my iPad ? But I can see them all on my laptop.

Hi. You may be using POP3 on your laptop, and saving email to local folders.

If you're using IMAP on the iPad, you can only see folders that are on the server. You can see those folders by logging in to the webmail app on the server.

Look at rhe Advanced Settings for your email account. If they include "IMAP Path Prefix", then you're using IMAP.

Log in to your provider's webmail to see what folders are on the server. There will be a way to select the folder viewed.
