My iPhone 8 Plus's keyboard is on disable mode when my Pom Basik Sport earbuds connected to bluetooth.
Disconnected the earbuds with "Forget this device" and restart the iPhone and reconnected but the keyboard is still not working. Please help. Thank you.

Try a forced restart:
On an iPhone X, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
Test your iphone.
If your issue still persists, go to Settings>General>Keyboard... remove your keyboard, restart your iphone, add your keyboard again.

Tried the option 1 but the keyboard is still not working.
I ma not sure how to delete the keyboard in Settings>General>Keyboard
