My video icon is gone from my ipad air and when i did a search for it i clicked to redownload it and it said it wasn't compatable with this device. It's the same with my iphone 6 plus So how am I able to watch movies and videos now? Please help
Hi. You may be in a country that is now supported by the TV App. If you find it, then it replaces (supersedes) the Videos app. Any files you downloaded should be in it.

can't watch videos on ipad air icon is gone & won't let me redownload it
