Iphone 8 plus 64gb won't power back on.

This is now the third Iphone 8 plus 64gb in less then a week. (AT&T)

Original phone Iphone 6s 64gb (AT&T) updated to 11.1.1 freshly backed up to PC

Bought the iphone 8 plus 64gb, update phone to 11.1.1 and restore from backup. Lasted a week. High use. 40+ calls a day, 100+ emails a day (used for work). Opened Pandora app, bluetooth to stereo. as soon as the app was opened, "we are switching to your offline stations". Noticed battery level at 32%. The service bars and carrier service was missing. just blank. only Clock and Battery % on screen, plus all apps on screen. Power down phone, hold the power button, slide to power off. Power phone back on after 10 seconds. Apple logo appears, please enter pass code. Tapped the first number of my pass code, screen goes black/blank.

Click sleep/wake - nothing

Hold sleep/wake and volume down - nothing

Click Volume up/down and hold sleep/wake - nothing

Pluigin for 6 hours - nothing

off to apple store, confirmed phone will not power on. Get the Second new iphone 8 plus 64gb

24 hours later, same issue, opened instagram, screen powered down. wont turn on, wont respond to charger, wont respond to PC, hard reset etc...

anyone else having iphone 8 issues like this?

3 phones in a week.... always in a case, right out of the box, zero drops, not a scratch, apple chargers and cords only.

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 11.1, IOS 11.1.1 64gb

i just want to tell you im on my 3rd phone within 3 weeks .bought the first one at the verizon corporate store, 16 days later i called apple an they sent me a replacement . the replacement was defective an i had to drive almost an hour to a apple store to get my 3rd phone. now the 3rd phone is doing the same thing as my first an second phone. my problem is my boot up screen has a white line shooting threw it an the apple logo blinks. now i know this is not as bad as your problem but they are both linked to this horrible ios 11 ios 11.1 ios 11.1.1 i also have a iPhone 8 plus. so all three of my iPhone 8plus phones from differnt stores have the same boot problem, let me know if you had this problem please. an if i were you call them an get another phone, an all three phones of mine were pristine.

Exact same thing is happening to me for the first time. I hope this will be the only one. Something is really wrong here. Did you used wireless charging? I was wondering if that might be the origin of the problem. I noticed my phone getting hot when charging wireless.

wireless charging has nothing to do with it . apple does not know, could be hardware or updates . but i went into verizon an 3 people had my phone an have no problems im asking for another replacement im very upset .
