If that is the case, Yes. If supplied with the machine it is guaranteed under the same warranty. If you can take both Macbook and charger into the store you can demonstrate to them.

Have you tried with different Power Adapter to confirmed if its working? If there is no issue with power adapter you can try resetting SMC and PRAM.
