Macbook shuts down after typing password

Heres my question, I just took a photo of it because i sent it at the US Server insttead of the SG one. I need help ASAPP

Shut down

Disconnect all external devices

reset the smc

reset the NVRAM

then boot into safe mode

then reboot normally with devices disconnected.
