Question: Chinese characters on appleID payment info

Hello. Yesterday I was locked out of my apple account due to a "security measure" and I had to recover the account via my security questions which was all fine and good. Today I had to do the same thing on my Macbook in the account settings but the system is stuck on processing the password and can't proceed. I logged in via my browser and by coincidence I looked at my payment info which was now replaced by foreign characters (See attached picture) User uploaded file

Is my account breached? I am not logged in on other devices on my own as of right now.

If there is a cancel option, I would try that and then start over.
