When I tried to open the videos app on my ipad mini, all I got was a white blank screen and then the screen closes.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the videos app and I am running the latest iOS 11.1.1.
I have also tried powering down and restarting the ipad mini.

Thanks for your reply. I think my problem is quite different to what you described. I did not get a black screen. Instead I am getting a white blank screen. Then the app will just close by itself after a few seconds.
I have no issue using the videos app on my iPhone, iPad or iPad Pro. Just my iPad mini. Videos used to work fine in the past on my iPad mini.
